For S/S09 Louis’s trademark has prevailed: “the harmonious fusion of different textures and materials, aimlessly pursuing beauty”. Leather, chiffon and lace are the prime tools of the craftsmanship.
Geometrical design features with applications of vintage lace and fine leathers that feast around the upper bodice, whilst gathered silk panels of high shirts float in a romantic, mesmerizing dance.
Dresses of contrasting colours are contoured with hand-made silk plaits and tied around the waist with straps through constructed holes. Gathered seams are left raw but neat and neck bib features are built with lace and pleats.
