Louis de Gama is a high style womenswear designer. The label designs a seasonal women’s wear collection and presents it via catwalk shows at London Fashion Week in the UK. The label is designed by Angolan born, Portuguese designer Louis de Gama who has been living in London since 1992.

After studying garment technology and fashion design, Louis refined his education with a BA (hons) fashion design degree at the University of Westminster, London, throughout which Louis was able to learn from the best having worked alongside Salvatore (bespoke tailoring), Tristan Webber and the renowned inspiration of the designers duo Boudicca.

Louis de Gama was established in 2000 with the launch of the first collection for London Fashion Week; the entire collection was subsequently bought by the acclaimed shop Brown Focus.

Louis de Gama continues to show each season's creations at London Fashion Week, and the label is sold in selected boutiques in Ireland, LA, Tokyo, Lisbon and London. He has also been invited as a special guest designer to Madeira, Prague and Croatia.
